It was 2 in the morning and I had no internet. After wasting an hour trying to get it to work, through restarting everything about a million times and shouting obscenities, I decided that I should just give up. It made me realize how helpless I am without the ability to Google. I was quite productive without ‘teh tinternets’. I drew a picture of Ilpalazzo from Excel Saga:

It was just a doodle but then I decided to put effort in. Ha. Effort. I remember that. I wanted to make him look more realistic and 3Dish but I suck at realistic hair. I think his eyes are good though, very pretty, pretty.
After that, Tom and I decided to make sushi. Cause that’s what you do when you’re bored at 2 in the morning. Tom’s were perfect. Naturally. Mine didn’t seem to roll right or stick together very well. I also managed to roll the nori into a swiss roll kind of shape. I don’t really know how I did that. We used salmon, cucumber and red pepper for the fillings.
I vented my frustrations with a creation of my own, which Tom wasn’t really impressed with. I thought it was very creative. Heston Blumenthal would be proud… well thinking about it, probably not. Originally I had red peppers at the end so it looked like it was spurting blood but I thought that was in bad taste. Heh. Nonetheless my sushi penis was quite tasty.
